As a lifelong student of yoga, I decided to follow my heart and my bliss and become teacher certified. I am passionate about the mind-body connection and strive to bring a real sense of empowerment to my classes. Through intention, mediation, pranayama and asana, my goal is to have students leaving each class renewed.

I am an adventure capitalist, a voracious reader, and lover of life. I have a collaborative spirit and I’ve been greatly influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and travels.

I hold space for honest connection and reflection and teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning.

I truly believe movement is medicine.
